To analyze the needs of the community. Identify learning resources, cultural property, community activities and potential. To combine the problems in order to create a sustainable community plan, especially the economy and tourism.

by researchers from Mahidol University International College, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, Community leader and Social Responsibility Division, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
2. After field visit and mark point the location at community via ArcGIS software.
3. SWOT analysis for find Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat of community and find community potential for development community
4. Public hearing on 15 December 2019
Output/Outcome
1. Key issues of public hearing
• Develop a market to attract tourists.
• Develop community attraction by bicycle and boat because the community has a lot of good stuff.
• Develop infrastructure, especially BanBu Pier, and more commuter boats to bring visitors to Bangkok Noi Canal.
• Revitalize the culture Local heritage, such as wanting someone to inherit the making of the stones. There’s a Baton Krabi dance.
• Improve cleanliness in the community to make it more livable.
