Objective
1.To provide trainees with knowledge and skills in BLS to their family accurately , quickly and safety before arriving at the hospital.
2.To develop the potential in healthcare for trainees and families.
Target group
Secondary School year 4 at Satri Wat Rakhang School
Activities
Organize BLS training as follows :
The 1 st time 22-23 May 2019 BLS training for Secondary School year 4 , 3 classes 45 minutes each at Satri Wat Rakhang School
– Lecture on BLS knowledge
– Practice One Rescuer CPR
The 2 nd time 31 August 2019 and 22 September 2019 ( 2 round , morning and afternoon ) 4 hours each ,Training for students and teachers at SiMSET Siriraj Hospital
– Pre-test / Overview BLS
– Divide into 2 practice groups
– One rescuer CPR in Adult & Foreign body removal
– Two rescuer CPR with AED
– Post-test – Written BLS Examination
– Lifesaving Team testing with AED
Output/Outcome
1.Number of trainees for BLS = 257 (All students = 261)
2.Number of trainees for full course CPR = 90 (Target 36 , Interesting 124)
3.The rate of knowledge , understanding and skills = 90.37% (Target 80%)
4.Averate overall Satisfaction level = 4.48 (Target >4)
5.The percentage of Satisfaction (very high and the most level) = 97% (Target 80%)
